Current neuroscience tells a clear story: Emotional Intelligence is a key factor in driving performance, both personally and professionally. There is a direct correlation between Emotional Intelligence and factors such as relationships, wellbeing, effectiveness and quality of life – all of which directly impact the way people perform at work. All too often, Emotional Intelligence is regarded as a ‘tick-box’ activity. It’s not – it impacts 85% of what we do and affects performance at every level within the organisation and beyond.
