She is trained in clinical psychology, has an MBA with Change Management as dissertation focus and is certified as an NLP Practitioner and Coach. Chantel is an exceptional facilitator who uses Emotional Intelligence to bring about positive change. She is accredited as a Six Seconds’ Vital Signs Consultant and SEI Assessor.

John Bentley

Executive Coach

John has over 30 years of sales and general management experience within the Information Technology sector for organizations, including IBM, Hitachi Data Systems & Hewlett Packard in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He specialises in brain-based coaching and Emotional Intelligence, using the SEI and Vital Signs assessments, to foster positive change in leaders, teams and organisations.

Lize Rech

EQ Coach and Education Consultant

Lize is an experienced educator and coach.  She has over 20 years of experience in education with the last 9 years in adult education in the Middle East.  Lize coaches adults and youth using the Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence assessments.  Lize strives to understand, support and be there for herself and others.

Nashat Mahnoud

Nashat is a Certified Learning & Development Manager (CLDM) and delivers training programs in both Arabic and English in the areas of General Soft Skills, Customer Experience, Innovation & Creativity, and Emotional Intelligence. He has 15 years of work experience in the GCC region.

Peter Hatherley-Greene

Facilitator

Peter has a PhD in Middle Eastern Culture and Education. With many years of experience in program design and facilitation in the region, he is uniquely qualified to deliver workshops in soft-skills including Emotional Intelligence and cultural change in both education and the corporate world.
