Executive Coaching

The executive coaching programs are aimed at senior managers, executives and directors within organisations who require assistance in polishing their English language skills within the business environment.

The aim of executive coaching is to focus on individual needs to ensure effective results. The sessions are designed to be highly practical with emphasis being placed on communication skills and on enabling the students to develop the specific abilities and language they are likely to need to function professionally and with greater effectiveness within the business environment.

Whilst the coaching sessions focus on all four skills of the language, the topic areas are tailored to take into account the specific needs of the individual(s) and the contextual influences of the organisation. Participants are encouraged to identify their own personal objectives and to highlight areas for improvement using relevant documents, data and presentations from within their organisations.

Executive coaching classes are available on the following basis:

• 1:1 coaching – private tuition
• Executive English – maximum 6 participants
